User agreement
By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.
I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.
NFT usage is strictly forbidden.
General terms
You have the right to personal usage of the commissioned art. You can display it on external sites as long as it is credited.
Personal use included but is not limited to avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays. Also, the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction for your personal use only (ie. NOT for sale).I reserve the right to post any finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.
I reserve the right to refund you the total amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.All the representations included in this contract should be understood on the basis of Spain's law and all the services governed under that legislation. Any dispute arising from the services provided under the framework of this contract will need to be resolved by the jurisdiction of Spain and all parties agree to submit to Spain's jurisdiction any claims or litigation arising from this contract.
COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT
If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.
The minimum price increase 100% of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
Privacy request
If you wish for your commission to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process and pay a fee (usually around 50% of the commission price).
The privacy request entails that I am not allowed to share any WIPs or final art on social media, nor am I allowed to stream the process of the commission anywhere.
COPYRIGHT
I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.
COMMISSIONS ORDERING
Firts, contact me to confirm your slot.
After you provide me with the idea and the character references I will draw a first draft.
Extremely detailed characters or complex compositions can increase the base price and and you will be asked to agree with that price or needed changes to the commission.
After your approval, I will send the invoice for the full payment.
PAYMENT
My prices are stated in EUR (‘Euros’).
The invoices should be full paid upfront.
If payment is not made in a timely manner after I've placed the Invoice, the commission will be cancelled.
If you can't pay until some specific time state it when you contact me.
REFUNDS
You can ask for a refund, but I will refund you 100% of the price if I can't finish the commission or I want to cancel it for any reason.
SCHEDULING / DEADLINES / RUSH FEE
If you need it you can set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.Rush fees are at least + 25% of the commission. Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
REVISIONS AND FEEDBACK
I will provide a rough sketch before the payment.
I will deliver the lineart when is finished in order to check fixes or adjustments. You should provide any necessary feedback in this phase. Color corrections can be made after, but no line changes (pose, extra details, etc.)
After the commission is completed, minor changes such as color adjustments are allowed.
